As part of the research that went into the Palm Beach County CPA Market Opportunity Report, I looked at the digital presence of a lot of similar accounting practices in the county, including quite a few accounting firms in West Palm Beach.
With each of the 35 attributes analyzed in the report, we put ourselves in the shoes of a complete stranger, who knew nothing about any of these firms. And we looked at what each kind of buyer persona stakeholder would most likely evaluate in terms of shortlisting or selecting an accounting firm to work with.
While I hesitate to say this list is the be-all, end-all of West Palm Beach-based accounting firms, here are 22 firms whose websites are at least worth a visit:
Founded in 2012, Ackerman Rodgers handles accounting, tax, and financial services needs from its office on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
Focusing on income tax preparation, payroll and sales tax services, and retirement and estate planning, Adam Bratter, C.P.A., P.A. is based on Vista Parkway in West Palm Beach. By most measures, this firm’s website is overdue for an upgrade.
Founded in 1995, Alan L. Lieberman, CPA P.A. offers accounting, consulting, payroll, and tax services across the tri-county area from its office on Exchange Court in West Palm Beach. Alan L. Lieberman, CPA P.A.’s website is also overdue for an overhaul.
Established in 1975, principal Stephen G. Barry provides accounting, consulting, and tax services from its Banyan Street office in downtown West Palm Beach.
As one of the, and perhaps the only, accounting firm in West Palm Beach whose principal is both a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) and Chartered Public Accountant (Quebec), Brahm D. As one of the more digitally-savvy accounting firms in Palm Beach County, Templeton & Company was founded in 1990. In addition to services around accounting, assurance, compliance, employee benefits, family offices, and tax planning, Templeton & Company also provides technology consulting from its offices on Lakeview Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach, as well as from its offices in Fort Lauderdale and Wellington.
Founded in 1972, Warner & Associates, CPA, PA provides accounting, bookkeeping, business planning, business valuation, estate planning, and tax related services from its office in the greater West Palm Beach area.
