The Information We Collect

We collect information from you when you register on our Web site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or download a whitepaper.

When ordering or registering on our Web site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may however, visit our Web site anonymously.

Please note that credit card information is only required when explicitly joining a premium membership program, as fully explained on the secure enrollment form. Subscribing to our newsletter or downloading a whitepaper does not require credit card information.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Web site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our Web site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy. 

How the Information is Used

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How the Information is Protected

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive credit card information is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, who are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private credit card information will be kept on file, while you remain a member, in order to process recurring membership program payments, as is fully explained on the secure membership enrollment form.

How Cookies are Used

This Web site uses cookies, small files that a Web site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser, if you allow, that enable the Web site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your Web browsing session and capture and remember certain information.

We are a HubSpot Partner. HubSpot is a marketing software that we use for our own Web site, and we also resell. HubSpot works with us in capacities such as co-marketing and co-selling. You may be contacted by a HubSpot representative on our behalf.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Web site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Web site, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
