Reinforcing the company’s commitment to a platform built on cohesion as a point of differentiation, HubSpot’s now five individual Hubs -- Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub -- benefit from both:

  • Code leverage (where HubSpot can gain tremendous product development efficiencies through code reuse across its shared services or what it calls its primary colors)

  • Cognitive leverage (where users learn once and use that knowledge everywhere -- the reason why it’s so incredibly easy for users to expand their usage of HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub)


The HubSpot CRM Suite also continues to win in the mid-market due to ease of use because the entire platform has been built organically rather than cobbled together through acquisitions.

Replacing the previous HubSpot Growth Suite bundles and discounts, HubSpot CRM Suite has three tiers:

  1. Starter CRM Suite -- includes the Starter tier of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  2. Professional CRM Suite -- includes the Professional tier of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub
  3. Enterprise CRM Suite -- includes the Enterprise tier of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub
