Scheduling

In order to provide the most value to clients, SP Home Run uses an online scheduling tool with real time availability. Business Advisory Services and Private Analyst Briefings sessions can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, one to four weeks in advance. Most appointments are scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Tuesday through Friday.

Location

All Business Advisory Services and Private Analyst Briefings are delivered remotely, usually via GoToMeeting. On Site Business Advisory Services at your office are available as part of SP Home Run’s Private Workshop program.

  • Includes 3 sessions
  • Booked in 30 minute blocks
  • Must be used within 3 months of purchase
  • If client has materials to review in advance of session or wants a written report following the session, session credits can we swapped for either or both of these services when scheduling the session.
  • Confidentiality protected by mutual non-disclosure agreement

 

Ongoing Consulting for New Clients and Existing Clients

All Ongoing Consulting programs:

  • Booked in 60 minute blocks
  • Scheduled as a 6 month program
  • If client has materials to review in advance of session or wants a written report following the session, session credits can we swapped for either or both of these services when scheduling the session.

Ongoing Consulting: Enterprise

  • Best for strategy, traffic generation, lead generation challenges, and sales challenges
  • For one or three participants; usually a CEO, president, founder, or owner -- plus sales director -- plus marketing director
  • Includes 25 sessions (four times each month)

 

Ongoing Consulting: Intermediate

  • Best for strategy, traffic generation, and lead generation challenges
  • For one or two participants; usually a CEO, president, founder, or owner -- plus sales director
  • Includes 12 sessions (twice a month) 

 

Ongoing Consulting: Basic (Closed/Currently at Capacity)

  • Best for strategy and traffic generation challenges
  • For one participant; usually a CEO, president, founder, or owner
  • Includes 6 sessions (once a month)


Note: While SP Home Run gets a lot of interest and inquiries from Marketing Directors and Business Development Directors, it’s our company policy to only engage with Marketing Directors and Business Development Directors when their CEOs and Sales Directors are also participating in the engagement and bought into the same priorities.
