Timeline for Digital Gap Audit Sessions

The Digital Gap Audit program includes three one-hour sessions spread over three weeks:

  1. Differentiation, Thought Leadership, and Competitive Positioning -- One Hour Exploratory / Strategy Session
  2. Sales Cycle Acceleration and Revenue Growth -- One Hour Exploratory / Strategy Session
  3. Summary of Findings and Recommended Next Steps -- One Hour Review / Q&A Session

Location

For clients located in South Florida, the sessions are normally held at SP Home Run’s office or the client’s office.

For clients outside of South Florida, sessions are delivered remotely, usually via GoToMeeting.

Client Homework

To help clients get the most value from their Digital Gap Audit investment, clients are required to complete an online assessment prior to Session 1 and Session 2. Please allow approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete each assessment.

Scheduling

In order to provide the most value to clients, SP Home Run uses an online scheduling tool with real time availability. Digital Gap Audit sessions can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, one to four weeks in advance. Most appointments are scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Tuesday through Friday.
