Expetec Technology Services Focuses on Managed Services

Leaping into computer franchise ownership is a big step. Expetec Technology Services specializes in managed services for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and offers three different levels of membership, so you can grow with the same parent company.

Registered Membership

The first level is a free Registered Membership. You or your techs can be dispatched on service jobs by Expetec franchise locations or their partners.

Your company is also included in the company's news e-mail list and "Meet and Greet" events. Essentially, your company functions as a subcontractor.

Partner Membership

The next step is a Partner Membership, which requires a two-year agreement and lets your company co-brand with Expetec.

Your business is given access to marketing materials, the Expetec network, and business growth assistance.

Franchise Membership

The third level is full Franchise Membership. This level includes your own protected territory, the full backing of the Expetec Technology Services brand, and complete support from the main office in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Franchise Membership requires a 10-year agreement, up to $123,000 in start-up costs, liquid assets of $60,000, and net worth of at least $250,000. There's also a 12% revenue sharing fee.

Expetec’s menu of services includes disaster recovery, network security, printer management, remote storage, help desk, customer relationship management (CRM) reporting, website development, and video surveillance, all managed remotely to proactively prevent problems. As a franchisee, you'll provide on-site services like network cabling and computer repair.
